当ホテルにご宿泊のお客様はどなたでもご利用いただけます。
All the guests staying at this hotel can use it.
1.チェックイン前のお客様は、チェックイン日の23：59まで
1.For guests before check-in, until 23:59 of the check-in date.
2.チェックアウト後のお客様は、チェックアウト日の23：59まで
2.For guests after check-out, until 23:59 of the check-out date.
ただし、深夜0：00を過ぎますと、残置物としてフロントスタッフが回収いたします。

回収日より7日間以内にお申し出いただけない場合は破棄いたします。
If you do not notify us within seven days from the collection date, we will destroy it.
